The first person who had responded as soon as I had submitted an inquiry through Homestars was BH Pro and he had contacted me a minute after submitting my request. He was able to come and evaluate what needed to be replaced and was equipped with necessary parts. He suggested the replacement of the cables as they were 18 years old and I did opt to have him replace the cables and am happy with his work as he is very knowledgeable.
