I’ve call twice to have someone come to my apartment, I’ve been told twice that I have been bumped to top priority and someone will call. Even though this tank is not working and leaking in my basement, still No one has called, how long does it take to call a service man, I know I can do it in a matter of minutes and have someone there. I thought I was renting a heater to have less hassle. What poor service, I’m not sure where the 24/7 service comes into play. Save yourself the hassle and us another company
