Rick is an extremely detailed and a professional inspector. You clearly get the impression that his is working for the homeowner and not the builder or the realtor. He is definitely worth it!

I appreciate the review Adam. I strive to keep my home inspections and written reports un-biased, accurate and complete. I do a thorough inspection and report on what I see. Seems simple enough but if a home inspector depends upon real estate agents for referrals, it can become an un-holy alliance. Home buyers should carefully scrutinize any home inspector who has been referred to them by anyone who stands to gain financially from the sale of the property.
