The carpet was very stained and I was downsizing and moving to a new condo. The moving and all it entailed was overwhelming for me owing to my recent bereavement. Ben stepped in and gave do much more than the act of arranging for the cleaning. He gave me a history of the carpet and other rugs I had. He laid the carpet and rearrange my furniture and gave me all kinds of design tips, even so far as recommending where I could go to get the perfect coffee table. The condo sized living room is still a work in progress but, at least I know where it is heading. I so appreciate his sensitivity, knowledge and passion for his work. He is quite the find... and oh the carpet is clean and beautiful again!
