I unfortunately called another company to fix my washer. They stayed all of 10 minutes charged $310.00 to supposedly clean the machine and assured me that it would now work. Unfortunately as soon as he left the washer did not work. I tried to get them to come back but they said it would cost an additional $500.00 as it needed a new drain. I was quite upset as he should have told me that before doing the job as I would have only needed to pay for the drain and not the cleaning. At no time did he even disconnect the drain to see if that was the problem. I then called Lea Appliance Repair. He was fantastic. Not only did he keep to the date and time he committed to he also called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. He explained exactly what the issue was, explaining in simple language what needed to be done and when he disconnected the drain he let me see the shape it was in that was causing the machine not to work. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. After completion of the job he ran the washer several times before he left to ensure that it was working. I couldn't have asked for a more professional person to come to my assistance. Even the following day he called to ensure that the machine was still working and assured me that if I ran into any further difficulties he was only a phone call away! This is the kind of excellent service that customers need. And Lea Appliance Repairs should be commended on the quality and expertise they provide.
