After they were paid they did not come to look at the defective door.
The sales team was friendly and assured me that if there were any issues they would be quickly addressed. After installation I noticed air comimg from the entire perimeter of the door and sideline. They made several appointments to celebrate assess the issue however never showed up. I am extremely disappointed in the customer care of Durect pro Windows and doors. If you want a reliable company who will assure the job is done right, this is not the company.
