An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired M & M for our move from Oakville to Storage and then to Toronto on Wednesday April 18th,2012. Brent the owner came out and gave us a guaranteed quote. When we booked in Brent asked for a $600.00 deposit which at first we were surprised. However when we had to move out, we had a delay with our new house and had to change our move out date on very short notice. Brent accomodated us with no penalty or raising the rates for the short notice. Brent also saved us money on the storage unit, a special deal was offered by the storage company , so we paid less than what Brent quoted. Abbas and his crew were Great!, I was very happy with the move, they did arrive a little late when moving out of storage, but over-all it went Great! Thanks M & M Curt in Oakville

Thanks Curt, again I don't access any penalty for changing moving dates, and if we can't move you on the new date requested I will refund the deposit. Sometimes if you have to move your date to a prime date the rate may go up a little, with the option of you cancelling and the deposit is refunded. Brent
