We were told we would see a huge savings in our energy bill and not have drafts in the house. Neither of these are true. The windows look fine, but they do not keep the cold or warm air out. I am currently sitting in my kitchen freezing because of the drafty windows. We called to see why we felt the drafts, and the guy came out and said it was normal and we have an HVAC issue. Our new windows are no better than our 30 year old windows were. I would not recomend this company.
