I contacted them to replace 5 vents for metal ones. They came and advised me that there were in fact 7 vents. I had them come back a second time to replace the final 2 plastic Air Vents with Metal Vents. Now all 7 vents are metal vents.

Ali from Mr. Rooter was superb. He was very knowledgeable and was able to completely resolve all my issues. Ali did a great job with fixing the basement sink and faucets, replacing the drain in kitchen sink and installing a new toilet. I am extremely pleased with all of the work that he did.
