I decided to call Manny again this year as I had a great experience and results when he cleaned the carpets for the first time in 2010. This time was no different; I am very pleased with the results. Customer service: Manny arrived on time and was very friendly but also professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Job: Manny did an excellent job cleaning the entire carpeted 3rd floor and the stairs of my townhouse. I have a dog with dark hair that sheds a lot, in consequence the hair and dirt become very noticeable in my beige Berber carpet regardless how often I vacuum. After Manny did his job, it was like getting a brand new carpet installed with a nice fresh clean smell and no stains. Definitely will call Manny at AJ Carpet again! Katy S. Pickering, ON
