I called Ari this morning to let him know that my bathroom radiator wasn't working, and my son's bedroom radiator valve had a very slow leak. Ari was able to stop by within the hour, and resolved both issues within an hour. I was amazed at his responsiveness! He thoroughly explained what he did afterward. Great job Ari!

2018 update: We had a flat roof leak during the ice storm earlier this year that leaked into my son's bedroom. Ryan hadn't replaced the flat portion of our roof when he did our roof in 2015. At the time he said that the condition of the flat roof was fine. Ryan stopped by after the ice storm this year to have a look. He said that the issue wouldn't happen again on the flat roof until another ice storm since he said it was due to ice buildup. He said that we could address it before the next winter. Then with some of the 2018 torrential summer rain we had, the flat roof leaked into my son's bedroom again. I texted Ryan about the flat roof leak. It took Ryan about a week to get back to me. He sent a one line message saying that he was sorry, he wouldn't be able to fix the flat roof. I recently had the flat roof inspected by other roofing companies and they found numerous big issues with it that Ryan had surprisingly never pointed out to me the numerous times that he inspected our flat roof. In addition, the other roofing companies found a couple of installation issues from Ryan's work that I plan to pay them to correct. I would have appreciated it if Ryan would have not left me hanging about the flat roof, so that my attic wouldn't be unnecessarily ruined by rain. I was not impressed with his inability to proactively follow up to get to the root cause of flat roof issues. I can't confidently say that Ryan stands by his clients, and I definitely wouldn't recommend him for any flat roof work. 2016 update: Fast forward to September 2016...and there was a 6 inch diameter water stain in one of our small bedrooms. I called Ryan and he came out quickly to inspect the roof, take photos, and show me what happened. It turns out some pesky raccoons had decided to damage one part of our roof - I'm assuming they were trying to get into the attic. Ryan quickly fixed the issue for a very reasonable fee. 2015: Ryan did our roof in July 2015. He came in at a reasonable price and did a great job on our house. It looks amazing. He communicated well, and got back quickly. He took the time to thoroughly explain things. He removed the old shingles, fixed a couple of pieces of wood under the roof, and significantly improved the curb appeal by removing an unused roof vent located on the roof facing the street. Ryan did all of this for us in a timely manner, and cleaned up the worksite well.

Max drained my boiler, added a safety valve, cleaned our gas fireplace glass, and taught me how to use it all since I had zero knowledge about boiler heating systems and gas fireplaces! I would recommend Max to others - he was thorough, courteous, and cleaned up his workarea. Thanks Max!

Our experience was great. Slavic came to our home soon after calling him to quote our backwater valve installation. He was attentive, friendly, open to Q&A, and taught me about drainage during his quote. He suggested a newer no maintenance backwater valve, which we opted for. We signed on the dotted line, and paid a small deposit to him. Slavic then pulled a permit with the city, and then his team came about 1 1/2 weeks later to complete the backwater valve installation. A city inspector came about a day after they installed it, and all passed. Slavic's team came back to put back the dirt that they had dug up and redo the concrete. During the process they were professional, laid tarps on the ground whenever they needed to work, requested access to our side door entrance rather than our front entrance to keep dirt in the house to a minimum. Slavic promised a free drain inspection and delivered on it. All in all our experience was wonderful and we would recommend Slavic to anyone who needs a similar type of service performed!

We had hired Vitaliy to do siding, soffits, fascia and eaves at our previous home in 2012. We moved into our new home this May 2013, which badly needed 25 year old eaves replaced - they were ugly and leaking everywhere! I only called Vitaliy to quote our house based on the trust I had in him and knowing the quality of his work, honesty, and professionalism. When he came to our house, he pointed out that, since we wanted white eaves, the black fascia would also have to be changed. We hadn't realized that the fascia was also black! But the additional cost of the fascia was very reasonable, and we definitely didn't want black eaves re-installed. He changed the fascia and eaves on our home, and installed T-Rex leaf guards. The work really helped to beautify our home and appears to be doing a great job of getting water away from the house! Thanks again Vitaliy, looking forward to working with you again in the future!

Vitaliy was great to work with. He provides excellent advice and insights, is polite and friendly and great to work with. He and his team provided top quality work that we are so pleased with. They were very diligent about keeping the work site clean at the end of every day, which was fantastic. They were very quiet and professional. His work was done timely and on budget. We would hire Vitaliy and his crew again in a heartbeat!

At first we had hired Royal Town to do front yard interlock for our parking pad in the fall of 2011. We were so impressed by their quality, commitment and friendly service that we immediately hired them to do some backyard landscaping once they were completed with the front yard project. We had Danilo's team do back yard interlock, construct a new deck, build a small perimeter fence, and in general clean up the back of our property. We were very impressed with their service. Danilo and his team regularly worked long and hard to complete the project. Everything was done on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased with the results of Danilo's fantastic work and look forward to working with him and his team in the future.
