He knowingly used discounted quality from the manufacturer.....has imperfections in the countertop and charged me full price...they had it buffed originally so it was not evident on installation. Gordan is a used car salesman. He is unethical in his business practices. I would not use or recommend this business to anyone.

The warranty for your quartz countertop material you selected is provided by the slab manufacturer and not by the fabricator. If there is any problem with the installation of the countertop I would gladly fix it.
In your case you say that there is a stain on your countertop. This has to be fixed by the company that supplies the quartz and not by my company. The correct procedure is to contact the distributor directly & explain that your countertop which was installed in 2017 has got a stain on it and request them to fix it.Regarding your claim that we use discounted material that is sub-standard I take offense at this. We certainly do not buy defective material and you can easily verify this by contacting the distributor directly.
