I hired Frank because all kinds of people who own condos in my building hired him and recommended him to me as a great painter. Everyone seems to like him a great deal and they hire him repeatedly in our condo. He's very reasonably priced, uses good materials, is reliable and honest and trustworthy. I'm moving into a new condo and I would hire him again in my new home, too.
