Brent was available within the next couple of days (i needed someone in quick). He did the inspection thoroughly, explained everything patiently and provided ballpark numbers and had suggestions for the needed reparations. He sent me the report over email very quickly and told me to call if I needed anything. I did email him back a couple of days later with a precise question and he call me in the next couple of hours to help me with the request. Brent is super efficeint, considerate and professional. He does the job very well and for a competitive price.

My moving in and out dates where not the same so I needed a company that could store my stuff for a couple of days. Angelo amazed me with his flexibility. I changed the schedules few times and he adjusted without a problem. Both him and his employee did the move super fast, under a massive snow storm and made sure the place was spotless before leaving. Once they had to move the stuff to the condo, they were very respectful of the common areas (which is always very important with condos). They stacked everything as much as they could to allow me to clean the new place and used they common sense as what could be put on the balcony. Angelo doesn't run a company that tries to charge you an extra hour by taking their time. Benini moving does a fast, reliable and clean job at a very competitive price!
