Did a full bathroom renovation. My house is 125+ years old, so it wasn't quite a cookie-cutter bathroom job. Of all the various contractors I looked at, Mario was by far the best. He had the knowledge and skillset to deal with my situation. Overall the work took 2 weeks, and came in basically on budget. He had a rock-solid reliable employee there every day, plus Mario was there probably 80% of the time (occasionally other duties called him elsewhere). There were a few hiccups that they alerted to me in advance that we were able to work around. Mario also had some good insights as things moved, to help the process. In the year since the job was completed, there were a couple small items that needed to be looked at and each time Mario was very responsive in coming to fix it. Definitely appreciative of that touch. Would definitely do business with him again.

Process took about two weeks. He had one rock-solid, reliable trusted employee there every day, plus Mario was on sight for most of the time (occasionally duties elsewhere called him). He communicated well as the process unfolded as to give me insights into what was happening, plus overall perspectives on the house. The work looks spectacular - the renovations immediately draw praise from any visitor. Additionally, over the ~year since he finished, there have been a couple small issues about the bathroom that Mario has been quite responsive in coming back to fix, which is nice. Would definitely do business with him again.
