From the first call dealing with Fairy was pleasant, to setup an onsite visit to discuss job in an old house I wanted to bring up to modern time. They helped me chose a vision and over acceded my expectations. I use to look at pictures of their work and say to myself I wish I can have that look in my house and they made it happen. My staircase and railing is like a piece of Art and gratitude to the artists who made it happen Darvish Inc.

Hired Sahib and his team to GC full house Reno in Etobicoke he hired amateurs that laid subfloor without cutting holes for vent, they would say they were on site working many times when they didn’t even go. On days they would show up they would show up at 11am work few hours and leave. He said they would hire plumbers and caught them doing plumbing work them self. He said he hired duct cleaners when all they did was vacuum vents himself. He parked his truck on my front lawn and whole lawn sank down. He hired a electrician who upgraded panel without a request from city and rewire entire house that he didn’t do he was putting old with new and all the connections were against code, and extreme fire hazard, all the light switches and plugs were not at same height was a total botched job that I had to hire a professional electrician rip out everything and redo with ESA certificate. They installed drywall in washroom before the tub was in. They said they levelled flooring when they didn’t. They were messy I had to hire my own clean up people on weekends because they were that messy. This list can go on and on. I had to hire new contractor to rip apart everything they did and redo. They wasted my time and a lot of money.

Estimate was within a few hours of first call. Owner and his team are very professional and clean, everything went smooth. He gave me updates on progress including text pics. Finished before schedule. Happy to have found his company.
