I meat Ivan a few years ago when i was looking to get my roof re-done. After getting a few quotes and meeting a few contractors i was pleased with Ivan's price and knowledge of the matter. Ivan showed up right as scheduled and i was instantly comfortable when i saw his set up. he also finished my roof in a timely fashion. One thing that was apparent when he started was the pride he took in his work. I was most impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and concerns. He was able to point out a few flaws to prevent future problems that i'm sure most people would have skipped right over. his attention to detail is spectacular, and it shows in his work. I was also very impressed with how well the clean up was after, you wouldn't even know he was there. He coordinated the job smoothly and took a lot of stress off me by handling all aspects of the job. I own a few property's and since then i have had Ivan complete all roof projects for me and i have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend Ivan to anyone in the Ottawa area in need of a trustworthy contractor!
