An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just wanted to say that we have been very happy with the Clera windows from FM that we purchased last year. The design, quality and installation were exactly as promised and more than met our expectations. The sale would not have come about were it not for Alan's professionalism, attention to detail and understanding of our circumstances. It was a competitive situation, and Alan won out because he took the time to explain all the facts, gave us the time to make an informed decision, and negotiated a reasonable price that was a win for both parties. When it came time to purchase the balance of the replacement windows for our home, there was no question that it would be Alan and Clera windows again.
