Freezer & Fridge Repair on Frigidaire
Speedy Appliance Repair was quick to respond and setup the service call the next day. The followup, update on Tech arrival was good based on the two visits, the Tech (Ariel) was great, knowledgeable and provided good service. Based on the suggested solution/fix, a particular part had to be ordered. My only constructive feedback is to the owner/manager (Roger) and that he could provide better customer service over the phone. Make the client or customer feel like you care. Based on my recent experience over the phone, I had to call, ask for the invoice three times and it was finally sent after the third request. No apologies, reasoning or even an excuse, which is fine but each conversation over the phone seemed cold or felt like I was bothering him when speaking to him. However, he did provide the price breakdown of the parts, service cost and total after the tech did his diagnosis. Half the payment was required and the balance paid after the second visit with Tech. As a small business owner (as I am myself), make your clientele feel welcome or sound like you want their business again or even refer others to you. It doesn't take much especially over the phone. My hope is that Speedy Appliance Repair will take this feedback and implement better customer service over the phone. Thank you for the repair either way.
