We decided to finish our basement in September and by October 25th it was complete. The original quote was almost exactly what we ended up paying. The finished product is even better than we imagined thanks to some good ideas from finished basements. Small things like 45 degree angles on wall corners, access ports to services, dimmers on some zones of potlights were all things we hadn't thought of that make our new space more functional and enjoyable. Right from the estimator (Andrij) to the owner (Igor), the interior designer (Natalie) and the actual work crews, this company is run as a family business where customer satisfaction seems to be the common thread that makes them successful. All crews were very respectful in our house, they left a tidy worksite every night when they left and always took time to answer any questions we had. If we move and need another basement finished these guys will definitely be the ones we call.
