B Muir in Bolton

We used Rawlinson when we sold our house in Bolton and moved to Haliburton area. Duanne was our main contact. We have absolutely no regrets in choosing this company. The contract was clear and easy to understand so there were no surprises. Their price was competitive, we never go with lowest price because you get what you pay for. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. There team was professional and courteous. When they finished, both places were spotless. If we need to move again, these are our go-to guys.

I contracted Mike to install a gas stove in my kitchen and to connect a BBQ in my yard. When he finished the stove he was to email me a receipt and come back at a later date to connect the BBQ. I never got the email. When he returned to connect the BBQ he forgot to bring the parts so he had to go back to Home Depot. When he returned he have forgotten to pick up the bracket to fasten the valve to the outside wall. He said he would be back within 1 week but never returned. After several phone calls, emails and posts to his website, I have not received a receipt. This make me very suspicious.

A few years back we learned we had a shingle problem at our cottage the hard way. During a major rain storm we had water leaking into the cottage in several spots. Frank was there within a few hours to assess the situation. He gave us a quote on the spot (which I felt was very reasonable) and promised to be back in two days to do the job. I was concerned that we had to leave to go home and there was more rain on the way. He simply tarped the entire roof until he came back to re shingle. They did a fantastic job and there was absolutely no mess left behind. Frank is a pro and I would recommend him to anyone who has a roof problem.
