Stefano was amazing to work with! I am not very savvy with the ins and outs of owning a home, so I tagged along and asked him hundreds of questions. Stefano was so kind and informative. He educated me along the way and was happy to answer all the silly questions I asked. Stefano was very respectful to the space, even having his own pair of indoor shoes to use in areas like the attic. He took his time, roughly 3 hours to complete this thorough inspection. He delivered his report immediately on the spot after he was done. He even stayed back while I reviewed the report, and provided additional commentary/clarification about the report.
