We hired Quality Property Care to find out the source of leak and do the repairs required at our condo. Eno, the owner, showed up and did a thorough investigation and recommended what has to be done. Within a day he quoted the job which involved repairing the wall from the outside and replacing the damaged dry wall in side the room as well as other areas that potentially could cause more leaks. The job was done on time as quoted. It is over a year now since the repair was done with no leaks what so ever. Eno was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Sinse then we hired Quality Property Care for other projects and we are equally satisfied.
