Roy came on a Saturday morning - the day after I called - he was friendly, professional, very technically competent & above all, honest! He showed me the camera scope all the way through, made a DVD recording of it for my records & gave us several low cost options for fixing or maintaining the problem. What a refreshing experience to deal with someone like Roy!
