Contractor in Calgary

I called Advanpro for an emergency furnace repair. The technician (Michael) called back to advise me that he would be a couple of hours. While on the phone, he asked me to check a couple simple things. Sure enough we found a bare wire touching the furnace enclosure which was tripping a small breaker. Fixed the wire and the furnace was up and running. Once he ensured that everything was working ok, he said have a good night. When I asked if there is a minimal service charge, he assured me that there wasn’t and that Advanpro doesn’t like to gouge their customers. Their emergency call out rate is very reasonable compared to others. The booking person on the phone was very polite, as was Michael. I highly recommend this company for any services that they provide, great customer service!
