The entire experience, from the service rep who answered our call and booked the service appointment for the very next day, to the 2 service techs, Greg and Pat, who came promptly within the 2nd hour of the 4 hour window was excellent. Both Greg and Pat were very knowledgeable and immediately set about solving the problem with our rental humidifier. I had foolishly attempted to address the initial problem myself and in so doing managed to cause part of the humidifier to fall down inside the duct. it was out of reach and I knew that I should not meddle any further and so did what I should have done in the first place, called Enercare. From the service rep who answered my call and booked my appointment for the very next day to the two service techs , Greg and Pat, who responded to our home, everyone was professional and helpful. The 2 techs retrieved the missing part from the duct, explained that the replacement pad that I had purchased from Home Depot was the wrong size and type and, since they did not have a replacement pad in the truck, volunteered to go to a retailer who sells these replacement pads and was located not far from our home. They did so and were back in less than a half hour. They installed the new pad, instructed me on how to do this in the future, gave me tips on how to properly set the humidifier so the it would properly add the right amount of humidity to our home and provided general knowledge on how a humidifier should work. They were always courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and, in my opinion, went above and beyond, in order to solve our problem. I would certainly recommend Enercare and in particular Greg and Pat to friends and family. It was a very positive experience. from beginning to end. Congratulations Enercare!
