Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Our interaction with Direct Energy was great! Initially we were deferred on our service time to the next day but as soon as my husband asked for same day service the CSR did their best to accommodate us. Excellent service!

Last fall we replaced all our windows and our front door system. We were looking for a custom sized front door to really make our house look unique. We selected Clera Windows and Doors to complete the job and we were very pleased with the result. The sales manager Rick worked closely with us to ensure everything met our needs and wants. Other companies thought our ideas for our front door system were odd and extreme but Rick took it all in stride and found us a door system in his product line that is spectacular. Our door system is the envy of many neighbours! Marc and his installation team did a great job. The work site was clean and the installation very efficient. I would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to my family and friends!
