Background: I needed a quick cleaning of my overused carpet for my townhouse that was going on sale within a week's time. I tried couple of other highly rated homestar contractors for the quotation. To my surprise, Royal's quotation was the cheapest. I was a little concerned if their work would be any better from them. Comparing the reviews, I finally went ahead with them. Deal: The owner treated me well over the phone, answering all my concerns in the comforting manner. Booked the time as early as 2 days, over the weekend, which again to my surprise was perfect to what I needed, while other contractors couldn't offer that. They had a special area staff and van for Oakville. I needed an upper portion of a 3 bedrooms townhouse, a hallway and stairs (that needed deep cleaning). And also the upholstry for 2 sofas. Service: They were there on time. 2 people showed up. In uniform (which added another comfort), with clean rubber shoes, with clothes covering my newly installed Hardwood. They finished within 1.5 hours. All my spots were gone. Other than couple which were stubborn enough that would just not go away at all anyway. I was fine with that. They left no mess and wiped any water sprays on my hardwood too without/before I could've mentioned. I'm one of their satisfied customers. Will definitately use them again.
