Kevin and his team were really helpful. They cleaned the vent and solved a problem the previous vendors (hired by the condo) had missed. He came expecting to cut a hole in the ceiling based on the description of the problem, but didnt have to do it in the end because they were able to fix the situation without going to that step. Kevin explained everything and was very polite and helpful. He ensured everything was fixed and checked in later. I would hire him and his team again.

Very responsive, polite, dependable. I had provided pictures of the leak site. They ordered the part and showed up at the time promised and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Friendly service. Clean. Proactive by recommending things to avoid the issue again. I would use them again.
