Canary Construction completely redid our basement including, a living space, storage areas, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry room. Many of the areas in the basement were original to the house so we also had new studs, insulation, and vapor barrier installed. Claudio was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on the overall design and executing the work. I am very happy with the quality of the work done - especially the tile in the bathroom. He also arranged for a lot of the DIY plumbing and electrical that had been done in the past to be cleaned up and corrected. Overall I'm happy and would absolutely have Canary Construction do work for me again.
