Richard did a great job for me. He removed the fixture lights that were mounted to the ceiling of the room without making any mess and within a short time he installed a ceiling fan that works great now. He was very clean and organized and I couldn't even find the slightest scratch on the ceiling or the fixture lights. Thanks Richard
