I had been looking for parts to fix some plumbing issues and didn't have any luck at another store close by, where the lone staffer behind the counter didn't really know what was up. The guy behind the counter here knew exactly what was required and where to find it, and as a bonus he had some very helpful suggestions to make the job easier. Counter service here could be faster sometimes, but they're probably so busy because they're good.

Chris is a gem--responds promptly, does the work quickly and efficiently, but most of all he's honest, reliable and has your best interests at heart. Gave us great service, explains options clearly, and provided us with very helpful advice re: fixing vs. replacing washing machine, stove and freezer that had issues. As a bonus, he gave recommendations for good places to buy appliances when he didn't feel it was worthwhile trying to fix something.

They serviced our hot water tank and our gas furnace. Fast response to our requests; friendly and personable service guys did the work quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to oversell other products, and the price was excellent as well.

Fantastic experience---very fast response to service request, showed up exactly on time, very quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. In the process we got a detailed explanation of the issues, as well as tips for future maintenance. Best of all, no worries re: conflict of interest because he's not going to try to sell me a new oven, instead of fixing what we have.
