Sam is a proffesional individual and conducts himself in like maner. He never failed to return my calls within minutes. He adressed all my concerns. Sam is of the mindset that the customer comes first, a hard quality to find these days....anyone using sams expertese will not regret it. Also the work performed by the window crew is exeptional....they performed in a very proffesionsl maner. I am a furniture maker by trade so i know quality workman ship. 100% plus is what i rate sam and the crew.
