Remove knob and tube from older home, re-wire
Very disappointing. Did not finish the job, took a long, long time (far longer than they estimated), way over quote (twice as much as quote), very rude when we called (repeatedly) to try to arrange for them to finish the job...almost seemed drunk when we called one afternoon to try to get the job finished. Still trying to get the certificate. I would not recommend.

- Accurate quote. Accurate estimate of timing. Finish the job. Be responsive to requests - we only asked for one thing. Follow-up to ensure client satisfied.
