Above and Beyond…. Stefan and his crew at NOVA Roofing have always been amazing. When replacing my hail damaged siding they discovered rust on the nails. They did NOT ignore this issue…With my approval they removed some of the insulation board to find black mold on the envelope of our house. Stefan supported me in finding a restoration company and would check in ever few weeks till the work was done. They then came back to finish the siding. How many contractors do you know that would have your back like that??? They will always be my first choice.

Our front entrance and walkin closet floors were always cold. Thanks to Chris at West Sense Tile and Stone we now have a warm floor and the rooms seem warmer too. The tile install is top notch. Chris made us part of all decisions for the project. We are very happy with his work.

Having dealt with too many contractors, it is such a relief that we hired Terin to do our project. It may have been a small project (1 day) but he treated us like we really mattered. On top of that, he came through for us when our juggling of contractors changed and he came early to help us out. In addition, Terin and his apprentice examined all our electrical outlets, panel etc and discovered that 2 of our smoke and carbon detectors had expired years ago. I thought we just had to just change the batteries and didn't know there was a shelf life on detectors. We always knew where we stood with Terin. He "shows up" on time, his rates are reasonable, and he gives great suggestions on improving the safety of your house.
