Original contractor did not do a proper job, resulting in the tile lifting and the grout breaking apart in the main bathroom. Ryan came in and removed the old tile and substrate, levelled the floor, and laid down new tile. He did a meticulous job, and was very careful in removing and returning the baseboard and vanity. He was a pleasure to deal with - explained what he was going to do, welcomed questions, and was accommodating of our schedules and need for quiet during parts of the day. Excellent work!
