PCHS did not disclose that they send contractors NOT employees. Service person appeared within hours of my call hence the 2 rating . Appeared to know what he was talking about. One and half hours and 316.40 later he left. Dishwasher was fixed he said. It was NOT. After running a load the next day it still did not drain and it leaked. After the second service call still no luck. I called the company but no voicemail. No reply to 2 emails asking for a partial refund.
