Urbandale owner in Nepean

We moved into a brand new condo .Rome flooring installed a matte finishing ,heritage hardwood. The pre cleaners couldn't get the smudges and swipes removed from all of the floor edging. Terrible in the sunlight. I bought their POLY CARE product and mop. Same results. Still smudgy and still swipes coming from the edges.
