Throughout the last few years we had some serious drafts developed in our upstairs windows, which ended up costing us extra money in energy bills, not to mention the whistling noises while sleeping. Finally, we saved enough money to have new windows put in at least upstairs. So we called a few companies for estimates but finally chose these guys because they gave us the best deal considering their quality, selection and warranty of their windows. First of all, all their products are energy star so you know they are energy efficient and Sandra (our representative) was kind and flexible when we discussed our budget. Also it helped that she came by on the weekend. It’s the only time my wife and me are home together. She took her time to explain our options and stayed in touch the whole time after we signed the contract until the installation was finished. I never had a problem calling her with a question or concern. Installation was quick and smooth, no complaints. Alex was more than courteous and left nothing to clean up.
