We had our tile roof changed for metal roof by Four Seasons roofing, last year in 2018 October. The company is advertising 55 year warranty. We contacted them a month ago about a leak coming in at the went in the bathroom and about an unprofessional finish on a lower roof above the bay window. After you pay there is no warranty at all! I call constantly, left at least 5 messages, nobody calls back. Today October 11th finally after all these attempts to speak to someone, a lady picked up the phone ( now I am sure by mistake) she told me that she will look into our problem stay on the line. After 10 minutes we were disconnected, nobody called back since then. I left 2 messages again, no calls! Don’t use this company! They are using outside contractors to do the roof, you never know who are you going to get! After the roof was finished nobody came out from the company to inspect the work. I am attaching pictures! Please see for yourselves! Now we have no choice but find help through the Better Business Bureau, CP24 if we have to, after paying $ 27,000, advertising 55 year warranty, there has to be a solution for our problem!
