My mom's condo has bed bugs. We hired people from different companies to treat again and again. Sometimes we thought they were gone, but after a couple of months they showed up again. This is really, really annoying and my heart is aching when I think of my mom being bitten from time to time. This time I found Addison. They are very patient in answering my questions and scheduled the same day service. Every time before, we had to pack everything into garbage bags, and wash and dry all the clothes and be super careful not to do anything wrong with the details. It is super time consuming and frustrating, leaving you almost nowhere to sleep or walk in the room, because there were bags everywhere! But for Addison, we didn't have to do all these! We just washed and dried the bedding and some clothes close to the bed after the treatment. This way no bug will be mistakenly packed into a garbage bag! I believe this method is so much better than the other companies! Avery, the technician who came to help me, was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is very careful trying to find the bed bugs and finally he found them! I believe the bugs will be gone soon too! I was very frustrated with the bugs and their professional service saved me from the hell. Thank you so much for your help!
