My basement was poorly renovated and not even finished before the contractor took off!! I was in a pinch. I called Mark, and he came and not just finished the job, but completely re-installed the windows to meet proper basement safety standards. Now I know our windows will hold up through the fall rains and winter snow and cold. And I'm so relieved to know it was done right now!
