This is a much-delayed review. Our project was a mission impossible, we had a basement crawl space in a century old home, there were no footing, the new concrete walls were all newly built by Chico's extremely hardworking team. There were a giant rock hiding in the crawl space, Chico's team went all out and eventually got it out of the way. Because our home is located in downtown Toronto, the concrete truck couldn't came through our narrow alleyway, hence the team had to manually mixing concrete. It was definitely one of most challenging and difficult project for Chico and the team, but they made it and built us a brand new basement unit! They're detail oriented, generous, professional, and have great work ethic! We're forever grateful to Chico and his team, wish you also have the opportunity to work with them.
