I was having frequent problems with my basement drain periodically backing up. I called a drain cleaning company who told me my entire house drain would need to be dug up and replaced for $8500.00. They offered me no other options even though the overall cost would be much higher because my basement was finished meaning my hardwood floor would most likely need to be replaced. They were also very pushy and did not have my best interests in mind at all. After they left I wanted a second opinion and gave Kris a call. He came with another drain inspector and showed me that the roots were on the city side of my property meaning that they would have to pay to replace it and that there was nothing wrong with my drains. His honesty saved me $8500.00 + hst!!! He is absolutely my Plumber I'll be using from now on! I have a BBQ line to install soon which I'll have him do for me next week. I've recommended him to all of my friends and family.

Hi Aimee, I'm glad we were able to clear up this recurring drain problem for you. As we all know there's not a lot of honest people out there, but especially when it comes to your drains and plumbing. Making a difference in peoples lives and looking out for their best interests is what concerns me most. That I believe is what makes a company successful in the long run.
