Thoroughly diagnosed an issue with a Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and was able to also corroborate with a Trane technician. Offered 2 solutions and we are considering our options but they are all fair.

Victor from Aeroseal Tech is extremely knowledgeable. I was 100% confident he would deliver great service prior to install and all my expectations were exceeded. Air flow to to all our rooms has increased. Specifically 2 bedrooms on our second floor had almost no air flow. After the service was complete, I could not believe the amount of air blowing out of those vents. In addition, Victor was not satisfied with the flow coming out of one of them. He was able to find an obstruction and clear/repair it. All the vents in our house are well balanced and the temperature is very even. As an added bonus I can say that the rate of dust accumulation has decreased an incredible amount! - Thank you so much for your professionalism, I would recommend Victor and his team to anyone with confidence.

Griffin Decks built us a covered porch attached to our house. They were on time and built it exactly to our specifications. Their work was precise and high quality and they had good suggestions for us on design and structure. Pilars were capped and finished very nicely. Everything was very well built and exceeded our expectations. The finished product is more that we had hoped for and everyone who sees it has nothing but compliments, we'd recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Belfast was prompt in quoting and began/completed the work exactly when they estimated. They of course make their own trough for seamless construction and all the aluminum flashing was done very well. We also had them change the flashing on 2 windows and the work was excellent. The worker was very precise and tidy

Burnhamthorpe Roofing explained very specifically the work they would be doing and the materials being used. The roof vents are of very high quality metal as well as the covers for the plumbing vents. We wanted to replace all our plywood as our original plywood was 3/8 in and warped so they suggested 1/2 inch. They arrived early morning on time every day and the work was completed in the amount of time they estimated. Workers were very clean and helpful coordinating with electrical work being done for potlights in the soffits. They installed drip-edge and high quality snow/ice shield everywhere as well as new vents and tubing for washroom fans. Metal flashing was very well done as well as all caulking. We found them reasonable in price considering all the high quality materials and workmanship

The project looks great. We needed a privacy fence to replace cedars we took out after landscaping. Mike suggested 6x6 posts which look really good and substantial. All the posts are perfectly aligned and the wood looks really good even after 2 winters. I'd recommend Griffin Construction to anyone.
