Our refrigerator has not been cooling properly for long time. We called an appliance company and their technician was not able to help us (but we had to pay the repair service dispatch fee of $200 for a wrong diagnosis and cleaning of dust around the coils)! We were referred to Habitat Home Services and our senior technician Roy correctly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. He was super professional and passionate about his work and really took his time to do a good and complete repair. He pulled out the fridge from an awkward right space, took the fridge apart and replaced the broken parts with due care. We were super impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. You can really tell he is an expert in his craft! We will definitely call these guys again if we need appliance repair next time.

Got Michael to come in to unclog our kitchen sink. He was effective, courteous, patient, and gets the job done quickly. Cleaned up the work area well. The costs was reasonable and the services were prompt - we highly recommend!

Wanted a swatch but it's not available. Sales person loaned me a cushion of another sofa that has same fabric. He insisted to have an imprint of my credit card as a deposit, if i don't return the cushion the imprint will be put through. Guess how much he entered as the amount on my imprint? $1160!!! Yes, $1160 as deposit when i only took away ONE cushion. He said it put the value of the sofa down. But i didn't take the sofa away - all i wanted was a swatch and borrowed a cushion! I found this action truly disturbing and unethical.
