TD in Mississauga

Thanks Nathan at Seal the Deal! Nathan was quick to respond to my request in early 2024 (first appointment in May!) and scheduled me in "as soon as the rain lets up". True to his word - he set up a day and time that worked for us both AND mother nature. Arrived on time, chatted about the type of sealant being used (oil vs. water, pros and cons) and then got on with it. Used a blower to clean off the post-winter driveway debris. I have a concrete apron that he protected, and within the hour he was done. He provided instructions on when I could use the driveway. The job was done well, at a very reasonable price, andI will be calling him back when the time is right. Thank you, Nathan!

Had a flooded basement, put a distress call out on Homestars. Within an HOUR, Andrew called and assessed the situation over the phone. I requested an onsite visit and he was here within 4 hours. Responsiveness: 10/10 (other companies - still waiting to hear from them. One company called but couldn't solve my challenge till 6 weeks later!) Andrew gave me a quote for a sump pump install and took the time to educate me on how it works. Then did a full basement assessment and prioritized where the basement would benefit with immediate work. NO PRESSURE. Just facts. Also made sure to constantly say - "you don't need it all done - here's where you will have immediate impact that will solve 80-90% of your problems". Trustworthiness 10/10 Had a crew out THE NEXT DAY. Sump pump installed. Crew was respectful, kept the area clean, low impact. Andrew kept me in the loop, showed video images in real time of where there were failure points in the weeping tile. Incredible. Crew left after several hours and tidied up including pressure washing the driveway. Professionalism 10/10 Came back within 2 days to finish two other areas of impact, one of which was under a newly installed deck. The crew took care of the deck (from partial uninstall to re-install). They did such a clean job on the external foundation, in tricky areas to excavate. If they hadn't shared pictures of the work done, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. Above and Beyond 10/10 And to layer on the professionalism - Andrew spoke with me and not at me, and got the right job done at the right time. Within 4 days --> 3 large jobs done, no water in the basement, sump pump doing its work. The really wonderful part was watching Andrew treat his crew with respect, handshakes, checking-in on them. Really professional tradesman. Would I recommend Pryde Group Corp? --> 150% Would I use this company again? --> Absolutely. There is complete peace of mind in the work they did. I called Brock based on a neighbour's recommendation, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. From the sales process (Bill comes to your home), to selecting finishes at the showroom - total transparency and honest feedback about what choices to make. On the day of - wow - Stefano and his crew worked tirelessly to get all five doors in. And they left the place spotless! And the product is great quality. Would highly recommend, and will be back to get the windows done at some point.
