I recently had water coming into my unit and had Benchmark first asses the situation after which they gave me a very competitive estimate. Having looked at other competitors Benchmark was by far the best estimate. They did a great job waterproofing and cleaning up the process very nicely. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing services. -M
