We were promised this home would be built by December 2011, then April 2012, then August 2012, now December 2012....They havnt even applied for the permits to build yet! The head office lady is rude, the company refuses to take responsibility for the delay, and they couldn't care less about the customers. The finishings are cheap, so you are forced to upgrade (with their products) of course. I am worried about the quality of my house since they havn't even started yet and this is how it's gone so far!!!!!! They are quick to take your money, make promises that they know are not truthful, and very quick to become rude and defensive. However nothing else will be done quickly.
