Found Fortress Windows on Homestars after reviewing several other companies and getting a couple other quotes and decided to go with Fortress despite not really knowing anything about them and must say they did not disappoint. From first point of contact with Steve we found him to be a sincere, knowledgeable, down to earth kind of guy who was very easy to talk to and took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for. He responded to any questions we had immediately and always put our minds at ease. The installers were also amazing Max and Oleg who were meticulous and took great pride in their work and truly worked non stop to get the job done. They cleaned up their work areas spic and span and you wouldn't even have known they were there. We had a total of 7 windows installed and a new front door and they all look amazing. So glad we took the time to read the reviews from other consumers and that we chose Fortress to do the work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Fortress again for any other future work. Exceptional service from point of contact to completion of install. Electricians (Kyle and Lawrence) arrived when promised and made recommendations to replace current outdated soffit lighting and install new lighting along with a timer switch. They were very efficient, professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the results and our house looks fabulous. Kyle unfortunately had to deal with an unknown wasp nest in our eaves but it didn't deter him and he carried on regardless (sorry Kyle). Would highly recommend Everready for any electrical jobs and will certainly use them again in the future.

Sylvain was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. He was communicative, punctual and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. The eavestrough with leaf guard was replaced and looks great. We went with one of his colour recommendations and are very pleased with the end result. We would definitely recommend Sylvain to our friends and family and will utilize his services again when needed.

We moved into a resale home and found the light in the kitchen was incorrectly wired as it would flicker and not work on the dimmer switch. I received a response almost immediately when I sent my service request through homestars and an appointment was set up the next day. I was told an approximate cost of the service before they came and my issue was resolved quickly and professionally and was also explained what the issue was which turned out to be a defective dimmer switch. I would definitely recommend Eveready Electrical for any electrical issues anyone may have.

Very professional and reliable company. Sheila and her team were a pleasure to work with and all work was completed as per our quote. Originally we were just having our stairs and loft area done then decided to do our bedrooms which was accommodated in a timely manner due to the short notice. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again should we require additional work.
